Event Coordinators 🌟 Calling All Leaders – Harvest Party Coordinators Needed! 🌟 Our Promiseland Harvest Party 2025 is right around the corner, and we’re looking for passionate, organized leaders to help make this event a success! We are currently seeking Event Coordinators for the following areas: Registration Coordinator – oversee check-in and ensure all families are registered smoothly. Volunteer Coordinator – organize, schedule, and support our amazing team of volunteers. Food Coordinator – manage food distribution and ensure everyone is fed and happy. Set-Up & Tear Down Coordinator – lead the team in preparing before the event and cleaning up afterward.
